Your hotel is absolutely beautiful and your staff was more than helpful. The young girl who was working on Saturday evening was very helpful with dining suggestions and even located a couple of places where we could go hear music.
The bath house staff was equally marvelous. I just can't say enough good things about it! I look forward to visiting and staying with you again.

For us Eureka Springs is a weekend to reconnect with each other and get away from the pressures of our busy lives. It is a unique and relaxing atmosphere.
We always begin with a bath and massage to set the tone for the weekend. No one can express the relaxation you feel after a one hour massage. The mood and atmosphere of the hotel is intimate and relaxed. We feel very comfortable and close while staying there. All of the rooms are simply wonderful. We feel at home in whichever room we are in.
It is a great weekend and we always leave looking forward to our next visit (which we usually book when we check out).
There are 3 things that make the Palace the best 1) the people 2) the people 3) the people. It’s the only place we’ll stay.

We have been guests of the Palace Hotel and Bath House for several years. It is one of our favorite vacation spots, and one of the most romantic get-aways. We would recommend it highly. The staff is excellent and the location is ideal for walking to our favorite restaurants and shops. The amenities make for a delightful hotel stay. The convenience of the Bath House downstairs just adds to the ambience of an all-inclusive vacation.
